People using their phones while driving are a menace that cause real world pain and suffering; they deserve every bad thing that happens to them while doing it. That guy recording is like the Cart Narc YT channel, a bit cringe and risky confronting people, but the assholes reading or watching videos on their phone while driving should be kicked off the road, by any means necessary, at a minimum.
