Old time Carson was a dude that did not give a FUCK. I know he was famous for not being a nice guy but young me loved watching the show as you were guaranteed to have a laugh.

No one else is like Johnny. He’s so quick witted. It’s a lot of the same reason I appreciated Letterman, he also had no qualms about talking shit to people.

Yeah I used to watch them both. Sleep was for when I died. Probably why I gave myself mono at 16 burning the candle at both ends and in the middle. Also used to VHS Letterman when he went to CBS.
