Watched it... kinda meh, some decent suspense stuff, but mostly kinda flat. a cop movie where the cops act completely un-cop like. the whole father-son thing doesn't really work well

also adding an actual ghost into the mix was just totally unnecessary and over the top

Mostly dumb, pointless movie. Melodrama trauma stacking. Alcoholics, wife died, crappy father, blah blah blah.

Kid wanders off for no reason, dad just happens to rent the same house the killer lived in, the list goes on and on. They put a bunch of story points into a blender, which is why this is a movie we have seen 300 times before. Bad guy also a blender of ones we've seen too many times before.

All recycled, tired ideas.
