could you please just take a check to see if the AssHat has been logging in?
Whether the AssHat is logging in or not, I would propose that he be obligated to wear the AssHat avatar for a month beginning when he starts posting again. He's welched on things of this sort before, so this would nicely curtail any welching behaviour. Amod would decide when the date of him actively posting again is, and count a month from that date.
Please? This might force him to 1. come back and post to get the month over with, or 2. never come back because of the impending AssHat Avatar and the user title.

Take his average posts per day and multiply it by 30 and thats how many posts he must make before he loses the avatar, or 30 days, whichever is longer.

He's still logging in, last on a few hours ago. I'm in favor of the timer on his crown not starting until he starts posting regularly again.
