Travel Credit Cards

I have a Chase Sapphire Preferred Card and fly mostly Southwest. Next March I'm traveling to Inverness. First time traveling internationally, considering getting another travel credit card to hopefully get enough points to cover this trip. Anyone have a recommendation of what card to get? I have excellent credit, so would qualify for whatever top tier. Is it pretty much either AA/BA and Delta/KVM? Any suggestions?

If you dont fly often or on a single airline just get oneof the cards with generic travel points. Youll get a flight and if you choose not to fly it can be used on amazon or whatever.

I have some chase prestige thing which works great for me. Annual fee is 500$ but i get about 350$ back in perks each year + the private airport clubs, which with my work travel(pre covid) was a requirement. You can find a decent travel card for maybe a 100$ fee or even free though.

Bottom line is that there is almost no gain of going airline specific unless you fly on that airline often.
