Everyone caught the line where velcoro was talking about the rapist having "the same eyes", to velcoro, pretty much means the kid is the rapists, and thats why he just wants to be the father that left forever, and here's your new daddy whoever his ex is banging.
There's no doubt the guy could be the rapist but he also looks to be hispanic. Either way, I wonder if the DNA will play into it all.

Dirty blonde but my chin hair comes in with a slightly reddish tint. Our first daughter (that died) had very red hair but neither my wife or I have shockingly visible red hair.
The red hair is literally a red herring. They cast a fat kid in the role and this kid actor could do it. The kid happens to have red hair, it is a non-issue.

Casper got killed because he was blackmailing Catalyst but Birdman has the hard drive and Catalyst ist still looking for it.
