Thanks for the heads-up that this is on Netflix. Awesome movie. Never gets bogged down and there's plenty of hilarious ultra-violence. The relationship between The Kid and Apple actually had some emotional weight to it, which gives the film legs throughout. 4*

Also, finished watching it this morning. This movie just hits all the right cheesy chords.

So so many things to like about this movie. My 80s feels got hit square in the dick.

Fucking great movie, worth the hour and a half for sure

Watched it with a girl I used to date - both of use definitely enjoyed it. Sold it as Mad Max x Kung Fury and it delivered as such. Bonus points because Apple looks so much like her sister and has similar mannerisms/personality.

I do, and she's definitely down, but I doubt anyone will probably be in there anytime soon. She got t-boned during the snow storms and is in a full-body brace for the next few months.
