So I stumbled onto "Turn" last night on Netflix and have been quite impressed with the quality of it. I'm even more shocked that it's been on for two years and just started season 3 yet I've never even heard of it before...
Stars the guy who played "Billy Elliot" plus a bunch of other BAFTA nominated types like Gorm Burman. In fact much of the cast seems to be drawing from the talent pool of BBC Wales so you can recognize lots of people who have been on Doctor Who and Torchwood.
