Unless something new happened that I can't, this was part of the settlement in 2023 including Cali admitting no court or tribunal found systemic issues. Blizz paid anyway and they have had 3 years to say anything. I guess he is running out of new content.

IDK if this is something new, but this was going around X like last week.
