Every year we have immigrants foraging for shrooms. Oooh, this one looks like the one from my homeland, it can't possibly be death cap. Imma cook for my whole family and friends. I go foraging down the road twice a week. It's a really nice spot. Anything you could want is all right there, neatly organized.

Nah, urban foraging centers around finding edibles in nature. Not like your jumping a fence picking someone's apple tree. Don't be such a prune.

Got a canal near me and I pick the blackberries in the summer, take them home and wash them - it's next to a road so lot of pollution. Used to just eat them when I was a kid. Also got wild herbs growing in the area for some reason, but I've got my own herb garden.

You have to have a liver transplant if you eat a death cap. There's basically no other treatment.

My brother and I used to pick rhubarb as kids as it's pretty common around here. We'd drag a bunch home and my mother would make pies from it.

I have a friend who's way into this with mushrooms. He really knows his shit with what's edible and not. Can really make some cash from it too. Some of those mushrooms are pricey!
