scenario: 1984 type state
It's a team PVP game with one side playing the police, the other side playing revolutionaries who try to hack the propaganda screens for points while the police try to keep them from doing it. There are hundreds of AI civilians cluttering the streets and the police need to identify the players by scanning them individually and then tase them.
The key point here: when the civilian player is scanned, his webcam is scanning his RL life and if he shows signs of panic or similar, the police player gets a positive identification and can taser away. This is based on Shore, a software for marketing research analyzing who is looking for how long at a poster in a public area to ensure the poster reaches the correct audience.
