Did a horror world in vrchat tuesday night and it had these door animations that were 2D and stayed in the center of your view. They didn't move with your head and every time it happened I got this terrible lurch like I was falling.

I'm still super nauseated. It didn't hit me hard till a couple hours later.

Anything that does not track correctly -or purposefully like that esp if its not whole screen really causes nausea

Same here, frames need to be high and head tracking good. Static objects can fuck you up though. Check for settings in the options to fix it.

Every sim racing game ive played has an option or mod to fix those things.

Ouch, telling that Valve released info on the long awaited new VR headset and this thread didn't even budge! I was really looking forward to it but was disappointed that it is not higher res. Will still be buying it, but meh...

If it was higher specs you push out a lot of potential customers. Shit is going to be tight for most people for the foreseeable future, they're just trying to get more into the hands of the masses.

Still tons of rumors on a new HL game being announced soon. That would sell a lot of headsets.

I agree. I realize I'm in the power gamer minority here. Still personally disappointed but I'll still buy it, play it for a weekend, then stick it in a closet.

I know I'm about 3 years late to the party, but I just picked up a PSVR2. I figure there should be lots of awesome titles available by now but I'm having trouble finding them. I already have Call of the mountain (it came in a bundle with the headset and it kinda sucks), the star wars VR game who's name I can't remember, and Behemoth. So far behemoth and star wars are both lots of fun. SO what other suggestions do you have?

One of my old EQ2 raiding buddies plays VR2 a lot and he suggested Legendary Tales and Demeo Battle Marked for some multiplayer VR games. But I can't find them anywhere other than a direct download from the playstation store. I mean, that's cool and all, but it's hard to wrap and put under a tree.

Half life alyx is top tier, Zero caliber vr 2 and I hear the new thief is quite good.

Also, senua' sacrifice is an amazing experience.

My right controller on the PSVR2 is losing juice too quick. Are there settings that will help or do you know where to get replacement controllers?

Also, I just bought this in novemeber, is it worth while to try to contact sony? If I do, should I make them replace the whole unit, or just the controller? I'm worried they'll want me to send the old one in first, which means I won't be able to play at all until it comes back. If that's how they play I'm inclined to make them replace the whole thing out of spite.

I got on the list to preorder the 1tb model today. Not crazy about the battery life or the panel resoluation but I'll give it a try.

Sim Racing is the only thing I use it for, I can't be bothered to play anything else after Alyx set the bar.
