I believe they can, but not in one shot. I'm pretty sure enough regular bullets and grenades/RPG's take them out as well.

Watching Shroud right now. The game just started and they spawned their team 6 tanks off the rip. Can you imagine going against that shit? Most of the juicer stuff is locked to game progression so your team has to score X amount to spawn certain vehicles so you can't just overwhelm, but I guess tanks aren't restricted. Absolutely insane. Buncha guys with MP9's about to get obliterated.

Was going to say, I kinda wish attack/tank couldn't just spawn off the rip, highlights in 6 months the game might be just a few k power players and everyone is struggling more to catch up when they are lv 30< and just getting wtf pwned by a lot.
Think I ended up around 800k or so earned, 31. No matter what you play running the rangefinder just so much easy xp/money. SKS rounds seemed to fly a little funny, didnt get my recon up in time for mosin as I didnt have more than probably 8 hours or so in the game.

Gonna be playing this game quite a bit based on my enjoyment of the last play test, and also what I've been seeing/hearing from the devs. It's refreshing for them to be so open about the process and even the numbers and financing of the game.

If anyone wants to form something up DM me here and we can try and get something going. Maybe organize something through discord etc.

For as many complaints as I had, I actually am jonesing for next open phase. Most are what I'd consider bug/balance/polish problems. I think the only major thing is some of the vehicle physics need work. While powerful, even a lot of the arma pilots bitched about it and that's not hyper forgiving to start.

I'm hyped for this, Battlefield 6 has fallen off for me.

Coworker who plays Tarkov and has some arma/bf/cod in his background played the weekend playtest and he was really excited about it.

Big announcement Sept 3 at Gamescom. They claim it's something no one expects so maybe a new mode or something? People also suspect an open beta for non-preorders, but we'll see. It's probably some alternate game mode or the advanced gun build system they mentioned they wanted to implement.

I had one go nearly two hours. They're definitely 45 minutes at minimum, but honestly you don't NEED to stick around and there's no penalty for leaving, but there is a bigger payout if you stay til the end.

Debating even playing B4 10th, since it will wipe, not sure how much there is really to learn. Need to force myself to finish CD.

Did see a few harassment ideas to try in a giga beef video. My normal fps group is pretty dead thinking I need to try and find a community so I can actually do vehicle tactics. Early wipe mg trucks, outside score zone AA, tank mines and traps on main roads closer to enemy spawn etc.

EAC runs in the user space on Linux and it's not worth supporting. Just like BattleEye. Less than 200 games on Linux with official dev/anticheat support, don't act like it's some standard to be held up to.

That rifle is such shit. Regular ammo? 2 shot headshot, 3 shot body shot. Flesh ammo? 1 shot FACE shot, 7 shot headshot. I haven't unlocked AP for it but I'll be onto the Mosin before that shit happens.

It is amazing you can see damage dealt/recieved after you die (for the whole match I think) with "B" button. Really helps figure out wtf happened. Also helps piss you off when you full auto a guy with a Galil at 5m and you hit him "twice" with a 30 round mag dump into his body.

Airplay is mostly over now with the AA lock on guns in FOBs. I didn't run into any Tank problems but only saw one tank last night and it was on our side. Today more people will be leveled so Apache nerds and Tank spammers will be fucking everywhere. Time to level support and drop that defib for an RPG probably!
