Back in the 1970s Sabbath usually played this song super fast like this. Their album version was much "normal" paced. But back in the day a super fast tempo metal song like this was unheard of. Unsurprisingly they made that whole album this was on when they were hopped up on yay 24/7. Ozzy says that whenever he hears this song he remembers the taste of it lol.
