I'd love to try a CD-I outof pure curiosity but they are pretty expensive. I've never seen one in the wild.

I want to pick up a Panasonic 3DO if only because it is physically such a good looking console despite it being shit. They are pretty cheap so one of these days.

My cousin had a 3DO. It was expensive as fuck and the game selection was shit but we had a lot of fun playing Return Fire and Need for Speed on it.

yeah I remember when those came out, didn't it have a sister console with a different name? I only recall it because they somehow got the rights to use Zelda but the actual game was dog-shit.

My dumbass back in the day thought the PlayStation would be like those. Got a N64. Then watched FF7 go to PlayStation lol. I goofed

I was poor and chose Zelda over FF. It was weird as a freshman in 1997-98. N64 got way more playtime in the dorm than PlayStation due to GoldenEye. To me, Madden is what made PlayStation the casual console once it was out. But I was mainly doing PC shooters about then.

Aren't the frames for deflecting a little bit rougher, per se, harder to get off a perfect parry in Lies than in Sekiro? I recall dodging a bit more in Lies of Pi, although I am not far in either tbh....

Playing xenoblade 2, took me awhile to get into it now I am quite a bit into Chapter 4, done most of the side quests etc. The gacha blade thing though man kind of sucks, I have plenty of Legendary and Rare crystals but don't want to waste them on people that won't be in my group potentially. I really dig this series, first one was awesome this one so far not as good but pretty good in its own right. Will get switch 2 version of 3 when it releases and try that, along with the new one coming out soon.

Going to take a break from Switch after this game and play some PC games I have in my backlog, maybe Crimson Desert to get ready for DLC.

Finished Alpha Protocol, always thought it was a really good game that just needed polishing. Now I'm wondering wtf I was thinking. It was jank as all be damn.
Anyway someone on here mentioned Days Gone and I fired it up this morning and I've been living the pretend biker life killing zombies, wildlife and the odd person. Really forgot how damn fun that game is. It ran like Dogshit on my PS4, I recall trying to ride through a horde and the damn frame rate took a shit to the point I thought my console froze up but my gaming PC is laughing at it.
