What vehicle do you drive?

Here’s 19 pages of hate for angry eyes on a Jeep forum:

And Reddit:

and so on.

There’s still time for you to change. Alter your life’s course.
Your post just convinced me that angry Jeeps are the way to go. If Reddit, a bunch of communists who hate cars at Jalopnik, and boomers still using Facebook have reached a consensus, then the correct position is the opposite. If he's shunned by the Jeep community and doesn't get a bunch of stupid rubber ducks on his door handle, that sounds like a win to me.

I don't have a Jeep and if I did I wouldn't do the eye thing personally, but "The Jeep Community" can suck my dick if they have an opinion about my vehicle one way or the other.

The "Jeep Community" can suck my dick in general. They view themselves as superior somehow. Congratulations, you have vehicles that have a shitty ride, bad suspension, terrible mileage, no cargo space, and uncomfortable seats. It's a Jeep thing. They're all idiots.

Owning a Wrangler is dumb in the first place. They drive like a 1920s farm tractor and cost double what they should. And WTF is with the gay fucking ducks now?
My brother had one that was pretty modded with all sorts of off road stuff, huge tires, you had to kinda jump up into it, etc... I had never driven one and thought it would be cool. Drove like an absolute pillow, turn the wheel 3 seconds later it begins to lean that way and maaaaybe start turning... also slow as dogshit, if you floor it it just makes noise and gets even less mpg. Also for a pretty massive vehicle it's tiny inside and cramped, can't really carry shit.

It's cool if you need to go offroad regularly I guess but holy shit, drives like absolute shit. I think a school bus or farm tractors' steering is more responsive.

I always figured the angry eyes were the owner being angry about how shitty it drives.

Is putting Angry Eyes on your Jeep any more silly than making a car that can already exceed the speed limit, even faster?

aight boys, I'm on the look out for a Indi Blue 2005-2006 Mini Cooper S. Manual of course. If you see something hit me in those DMs, the internet sucks for finding anything anymore, including cars.

tbf, i think it's usually about how quickly you can exceed the speed limit, not to what extent

Was testing my google-fu. Are you sure this is something that actually exists? Looks to me like 2004 was the last year you could get that color:

NGL, one of the deciding factors in my current car was looking at exactly how much I could exceed any rational "speed limit" by... And if that was regulated by a restrictor on the car or limited only by the laws of physics and my own wrecklessness.

I always figured that even cheap/slow cars can have top speeds that are higher than what "most" people can "reasonably" make use of. (Although tbf, in my younger years, I spent far more time at the top speed of my slow cars than is in any way reasonable. In retrospect, I'm damned lucky I never got any of the fast ones I wanted.)
On the other hand, how quickly you can get from your current speed to your desired speed is something that's fun every time you push the gas.

I don't know, as I said the internet sucks now and I can't figure out what is going on in terms of colors. Some websites say it exists, some say it doesn't. Many shades of blue are labeled incorrectly in photos so I'm just guessing. I know I want dark blue, and that's all I can be sure of.

The site below doesn't even show blue for 03-04.

It looks like Space Blue Metallic might actually be the color.

No idea how reliable this site is but here is a slightly more detailed write up:

Interesting. Not sure this would work beyond Tesla though. For driver attention monitoring, most other OEMs I'm aware of use time of flight cameras - usually located in the steering column. You can look at them through your phone's camera and see the IR being emitted. These cameras are for gaze tracking on advanced level 2 autonomous vehicles where you can go hands free (like GM's supercruise or Ford's Bluecruise). Since the systems can hand things back over at a moment's notice, I'm not sure it's the best idea to come up with ways to defeat the system (although when poorly tuned they can be annoying as fuck).
