Windows Dashboard Question

So I produce some crude dashboards for data analysis in Excel, which includes data dumps into Excel (data dumps aren't large enough to require Access yet). The dashboards I use are mostly driven by data validation drop downs, graphs, SUMIFs, and creative conditional formatting.

What I'd like to know is if there are other common platforms that are capable of taking excel/access data dumps and creating more interactive dashboards from them?

Currently I have access to Microsoft 365 and Sharepoint. Is it possible to do anything with sharepoint using Microsoft Publisher or another tool?

Since it seems you’re using MS tools Have you looked at power bi?

Also, there are better people to address this stuff than I, but there's a lot of missing info for you request

- how many users are consuming/using the dashboards?
- where is your source data coming from (exported XLSX/CSV/etc from a CRM/ERP/front end of some system, SQL database, some kind of analysis server/service, all or some of the previous?)
- do you have a budget for a solution?
