Windows Dashboard Question

So I produce some crude dashboards for data analysis in Excel, which includes data dumps into Excel (data dumps aren't large enough to require Access yet). The dashboards I use are mostly driven by data validation drop downs, graphs, SUMIFs, and creative conditional formatting.

What I'd like to know is if there are other common platforms that are capable of taking excel/access data dumps and creating more interactive dashboards from them?

Currently I have access to Microsoft 365 and Sharepoint. Is it possible to do anything with sharepoint using Microsoft Publisher or another tool?
