I’ve been enjoying old school battlegrounds with my friends, jacking people up and talking shit, but I’m not really pumped about diving back into TBC other than Kara.

I’m not sure the nostalgia alone will put enough fuel in my tank to take me through Sunwell, but I’m going to give it a shot for my bros.

Fucking hell. Trying to finish up the last few levels of a brand new BElf toon and it's impossible. To say Dreamscythe is a mega server would be a massive understatement.

TBC is going to be an absolute and complete shitshow outside of dungeons and raids.

If you want to actually pvp do WSG or AB. For AV, you can get a group of 5 or so and focus on back capping towers, that is generally accepted as it doesn’t really change how long games are. Just don’t form a big party to try to kill a bunch at beginning and force a bunch to revive back towards base, that’s what cause the 40 minute turtle matches that everyone bitches about.

Which is why AV should NEVER reward PvP gear / tokens / honor. Ever.

I remember I came back in....Lich King I think? And did an AV and everyone just ran to the end without stopping and I was so mad. haha

Yup - my wife started playing during Wrath and she loved doing the PVP things while leveling - I was like "Oh just wait for AV!" and I told her about it and hyped it up...

Now mind you I quit right at BC release because I just did not like the vibe it was headed, then did Wrath Beta and was like "okay... lets try this again"

So...soo...sad and disappointing at the "who zergs faster" -new- style of AV... wife was like "this is what you were excited for me to get to?"

Also whatever the winter snow "big" PVP arena was in Wrath was so, so much fun in beta (flying!) but I also was an OP Blood DK... but what it was nerfed into by release was a shadow of its former glory of a battlefield.
