Horde needs a non-ugly race and always did. A neutral race solves that issue.

I hate the name but otherwise what was expected (on average).

Frankly I am fine with the forever 60 level cap - if the game doesn't start until level cap, then you can make the argument they shouldn't bother having a level at all (and just go ilevel).
