Interestingly it seems that Shaman totems are not all raid wide. Resistance ones are but Windfury and buff ones are not. Same for Paladin.

I know, I think it is excellent that they worked on this. Fire/Frost Resistance the threat lowering one and others are raid wide. But Windfury isn't so you don't just need 1 shaman if you want all the melee rocking WF.

OK, but a raid that adapts to the player count is better than a raid tuned for 40. Trying to get that many adults to coordinate schedules, show up, and not be derps? Come on, that's not fun for anyone.

In general I prefer the softball league/bowling league analogy as I think it maps on to replaying mmos really well but I know geezers that still play 1st edition DnD once a week and have been since the 70s.
