I think I actually like that the skyborne move speed is removed in raids, makes it less likely they nerf it into the ground. 30% move speed for an hour any time you can get to a leyline is huge for leveling.

If it was this, it would be amazing. But its not. its 30% move speed(if you have the charged buff) for 15 seconds. And the CD is 2 minutes iirc. So its like a little extra sprint CD. The hour is how long the charged buff last(that you need to visit a leyline for). If you dont have the leyline buff its just 15% move speed for the 15 seconds.

1 hour long passive 30% move speed would be just broken.

A 30% move speed buff every 2 minutes is still pretty nice.

Really seems like the devs are making knee jerk changes to shit which Im not a fan of. Perhaps think this shit out before implementing in the future? Naaah
