This show is now on HBO following it's run in the UK. It is, apparently, a present-to-near-future series that is sci-fi/futurist in nature.

Done by Russel Davies (behind modern Doctor Who and Torchwood) it has similar themes to Black Mirror but in a more continuous narrative way as it follows one family through the middle decades of the 21st century.

I've avoided spoilers, but many of my Brit friends have said they liked it so I'm hopeful.
