I hope you don't mind but I played around with some sharpening and touched up some things. Applied a couple custom made filters for you. Nothing too extensive.

Cell phones today can achieve some damn great photos. I use a Canon DSLR for most of my pictures but when I don't have it on me, I use my phones camera which is also a 4K camera. Use pro mode!

I use Lightroom to do touch ups and create custom filters. Can make mediocre photos into works of art if you put in enough time.

As long as the cell has capability to save in RAW mode then youre all set. It was the last real issue with cellies that they finally solved. JPG can be alrered too, sure, but not to the point RAW files can. But nevertheless they will still not match a good DSLR and glass. Especially a full frame 35mm sensor which will give you that DOF that is often missing in cellie pictures unless its added in fake by the picture app.
