Thanks!

I showed those to a guy I work with and he asked me to shoot his band for a "Battle of the Bands" event. I decided to give it a shot. Wow it was fun and the freedom! Pretty nice being that close to everyone, practically on the stage and no one says a thing to you.

I got about 300 shots to go through, I'll post more once I'm done going through them all. As always, CC is encouraged and welcomed!

Here are a few I took on my last trip to Belgium. Size reduced so as to not be spammy. Clicky for full size.

These are from Brugge / Bruges. If you've seen the movie "In Bruges", the third picture is one of the hotel that was used for the movie, taken from the canal while we were on a boat tour.

And here are a few from a tour we took of Ieper / Ypres. The first is the town itself, the second is one of the entrances to Langemarck cemetary (a German cemetary where soldiers were buried during the occupation), and the third is from the Canadian memorial at St-Juliaan.

Great images Drek and Alkorin. Love the saturation in the gentleman playing the guitar. I need to get out of the USA and see some of these awesome looking European cities in real life. Wife hate to fly so I think I'm just leave her ass at home and take the daughter and go see something. She wants to see Ireland really bad so I might start there.

The concert image were shot with high ISO I assume. They don't look grainy either, looks real nice.

Heh, just noticed 106.9 The Bear in those shots. I guess Drek's from Ottawa, too!

Thanks!

That shot was from the top of the belfry tower in the central square in Bruges. Hell of a view from up there, but man, what a narrow climb.
