So far i have only played west but thinking of doing east in a beta event. I am familiar with all the zones 30+ But where are the main good places for houses etc? I know what is good out west but would be lost on what land to aim for in a land grab east continent.

AFAIK yes arena is the way to do it. The leaderboards should be back for launch and that is where you get the insane honor. There are obviously other quests all over the reward honor but world pvp nets nothing so all the pvpers are either camping trade ports or sitting at the arena guy.

That sounds about right. I do not remember how long it takes for them to grow but its about a day. Then once they are "dairy cows" you feed them combined feed to make them happy, then you milk them. Repeat every 7 hours.
