Skarner has been tinkered with many times. He's been extremely bad and other times fotm, back to bad, then slightly buffed, to his current rework. I think he's in the most balanced spot he's ever seen with his E slowing effect.

Playing a paladin. Rebuke says it makes you invincible for 1 second. It does for melee, but not for debuff/damage spells. Is this a bug or is the tooltip not describing the ability properly? edit: Nice work by the way. My non gamer SO has actually been enjoying it too.
