Skarner has been tinkered with many times. He's been extremely bad and other times fotm, back to bad, then slightly buffed, to his current rework. I think he's in the most balanced spot he's ever seen with his E slowing effect.

Playing a paladin. Rebuke says it makes you invincible for 1 second. It does for melee, but not for debuff/damage spells. Is this a bug or is the tooltip not describing the ability properly? edit: Nice work by the way. My non gamer SO has actually been enjoying it too.

J4....the fallen king. 5 of those champs had a high pick/ban rate in the past. You missed out on some OP times with them.

You can't simply use a third LS quint and it be an improvement. That 1 AD quint helps quite a CSing under turrets early on.

Maxing a high CD CC ability is awesome when you never miss. I don't think it's practical since you're pretty much screwed if it's missed.

That deathray SFX is the most attention grabbing sound in the game imo. First game I heard it in made my hair stand on end.
