The voxel-style graphics in Andrullan look a lot better in-game than in screenshots IMO. It's a bit of a missed opportunity to use this style and not have any building/destruction features but the static voxel-like world meshes are surprisingly comfy and charming in-game.
They're using Unity HD Render Pipeline with fancy water shaders etc. The char models being low poly has very little benefit when you consider that amount of overhead.
There is no "field in unity" for gender/body type. You can set the text of a UI field to whatever you like.
Also, guys, you know full well why they did it and it has nothing to do with adding different types of tree character bodies in the future...
Sever kind of sucks. Revamped zones, persona teleporting, huge groups of boxers running around on /follow, krono, etc. It just isn't fun, nostalgic or immersive. TLPs have evolved into their own separate game that doesn't really feel like Everquest any more.
