Are you using adobe software ? They've taken "inconsistent UI" to a whole new level. I think every major Acrobat reader patch changes the layout of the UI, bloat everything in more sub-menus, and make opening PDFs slower because "AI can help you summarize this !" For some reason I have 2 version...
