I voted no, simply because as far as I remember, FOHguild.org didn't go down on a planned basis, like "hey guys, I'm getting tired of updating this site and whatnot and I'll be taking it down in a months time, if someone wants to make a backup copy of the database, feel free, otherwise, reasons and facts". It was there one day and gone the next.
