Ya, the only mode that is different on is Iron Banner (where gear plays a factor). I like being able to pop into pvp on a lvl 5 warlock and goof around without feeling too gimped.

Great suggestions on Strikes - in the current game meta, there is absolutely no point in doing strike playlist. Easy enough to get to rank 26/27 farming loot cave, doing pvp, etc to get into the raid. Would be nice to have a reason to ya know, actually do strikes.

Man, seeing the rewards from the Nightfall strike makes me want to increase my light level even more. Wonder how much of a step up that is difficulty wise from the regular heroic strikes?! Guaranteed exotic legendaries it looks like.

Finally got a purp helm from a purp engram. I about fell off the couch... Went from zero purple armor to 3 pieces in 24 hours. Now for a weapon....

I'd be okay with them lowering the drop rate of purp engrams but eliminating the chance for blues, definitely. One of the gayest, most piss brained loot systems I've ever seen.

I'd spend it on the heavy weapon consumable to be honest - watching raids, the successful groups were popping them like crazy to whittle down bosses and clear large groups of enemies.
