Yeah that's called a town. There aren't 30 people killing harpies at once, nor 30 people killing centaurs. Even the stupid fungal spores quest rarely has more than 5-10 people.

I just have a keyboard macro that stealths and unstealths me between 10-20 second intervals. You could prolly use autohotkey or any sort of mouse clicker as well.
