Don't power up Magmar, he's trash. Keep any high IV Magmars you get though because he gains a 3rd stage evolution in Gen 4 and Magmortar looks like it will be quite good if they don't change the CP formula. Here's my storage list from the other day.

Why would you run fiery war axe and upgrade? This deck is mostly meant as a counter to mill druid and the fiery war axes are just worthless because if you equip a new one it destroys all your old upgrades. Fiery should probably be heroic strike.

Yeah but Yogg doesn't come down til much later, and it's pretty easy to anticipate him. Piloted Shredder can win you the game on turn 4, unstable portal can win you the game on turn 2.
