Meh, Freeman was also mediocre for the Bucs. Though, after all the drama he caused down here, I'm secretly hoping one of the Giants drives his face into the ground.

Well, that was because things didn't go according to plan, for either side (humans or aliens). It falls like this: World govt has given up on jaegers, has people constructing the wall. Pentecost knows its bullshit but can't get any traction, so he tells em he will use the last jaegers to...

The point wasn't to hold it back for a glory shot, it was that they were facing an enemy that was learning and adapting to them. The battle in the harbor showed as much, the two kaiju had specific weapons to take out the jaegers. Using the sword meant the aliens now knew about it and that was...

Sent you one, should get to you within an hour.

Well, the trouble with Freeman was that he was just never consistent. There were times he'd be on fire and you would think 'Wow, he's got some talent in there" and then other times he would go full Romo and you would just shake your head. Some people blame the changing of coaches, players, etc...

Early 2014, Spring maybe?

Yeah, if it is the next WoW expac, it will deal with Azshara and N'Zoth. Maybe even have the other Old Gods make one last hurrah in the final battle. Then the last xpac will be Burning Legion / Titan throwdown.

See, i don't think so. Rosalind only got enough funding through Comstock, otherwise she would only have been able to manipulate the atoms like she and Robert were up till then. I do think, that while the Lutece's will not disappear even though we stopped the Comstock timelines from happening...

According toRosalind_Lutece, "On October 15th, 1893, Rosalind successfully opened a Tear for the first time, bringing Robert through it into her universe.". They were communicating before through the Lutece Field, but she didn't bring Robert through until Columbia was built.Ii think this is the...

Well, since we are ok with no spoilers, I'll answer things as best I can, since a lot of this is still fresh in my mind. If i have to edit it into spoiler tags later I can. It takes a little reading between the lines, and listening to a lot of the phonographs, but what i gathered about...

What do you mean?

Bought this at half price during the Steam sale. Fantastic game, makes me wish i had played Bioshock 1&2, but still a great ride. Reading up on things it sounds like there supposed to be some DLC coming out with more lore gameplay, which would be great. Really hoping we get:

Haven't really payed much attention to this, but the Dev and other videos they have on their website have got my interest. Even if its just a WoW+ with housing and dodging, will certainly be worth a shot to try out.

You know, reflecting on this case some more, this mentality I think may have done much more to cause this case to explode like it has, in the sense that I think all the authorities involved did not take things very seriously until well after the story broke and went out of control. The cops who...

Saw this yesterday, was a great movie. 8.5/10 Only gripe I had was:

Nope, and Martin was wrong to go back.

Meh, we can keep going in circles for a while but I'm not interested in playing that game. I guess my comments fall more under hindsight, since the simplest solution would have been for him to call the police and stay in his vehicle. Since then, even if Martin came after him, he was safely...

Nowhere did i say that calling the police is an 'aggressive act'. It was a choice, simple as that.

I'm a 30 year old white man and if i saw someone staring at me and talking on a phone as I walked home, I'd run like hell too. That's not suspicious, that's a normal human reaction because guess what, to the guy on foot the person in the vehicle is the suspicious one. Funny how perspective...

Not trying to fuck with him at all. Someone asked for a different viewpoint and I'm putting one out there. Iv'e already said i agree he was justified in defending himself. hodj and I differ on the choices made by both people leading up to the shooting.

So, why get out and follow him? If he's suspicious enough to warrant calling the police, why get out of your safe vehicle to follow him? I'm not trying to 'shift the burden'. if Zimmerman had not called the police, nothing would have happened that night. If Zimmerman had only called the police...

Not sure I understand what you mean by this, that the burden falls on Martin to prove he's not suspicious or Zimmerman to prove he is?

Ok, but then that still bolters my point. Martin walked to the store, bought food and was walking home. Was he looking for trouble? No. Who stopped and called police about a suspicious person? Who choose to confront said suspicious person? Zimmerman made the choices that led to the confrontation.

I don't think you can find Zimmerman guilty of Murder, I think thatmaybeInvoluntary Manslaughter might have been possible, but still difficult. We know Martin backtracked to where Zimmerman was standing (You can look for the timeline that hodj and Tuco have linked in the previous pages). And...

Ah, ok. Figured I'd ask since its hard to find real information through the sea of all this crap surrounding the case.

Someone posted all this on another forum I was at and figured I'd throw it up here and see if any knows if any of it is actually true, or if he is just BSing. Better to try and keep this trainwreck on track rather than the direction its currently going in...

So, I finally got around to downloading the game. I have a bit of experience with games like this so I think I'll pick up on things pretty quick. But, are there any champions that are recommended to pickup for beginners? I don't mind spending $10 or so for a few champions to work on while I...

Awwww, its so cute, in a unsubtle, demeaning and racist kinda way. But please, don't let me stop you! After all there's no better way to show how superior you are to someone else you don't know than to generalize and insult them over the Internet.

Whatever the intentions of the SYG laws were, reality falls far short of that dream: http://www.tampabay.com/stand-your-ground-law/

Found the news report in question about hows its been used in Florida: http://www.tampabay.com/stand-your-ground-law/

Oh, don't get me wrong. I'm not saying Trayvon and Zimmerman are equal in this. I hold Zimmerman responsible, because he was the adult in this situation. He was walking around playing wanna-be cop and instead of actually being ready for a confrontation like he should have been, he instead got in...

Anyway, Someone in the Political thread asked why this had become such a big deal and as someone who lives in Florida (Tampa Bay area), I'll try and add what information I can about the background issues going on in Florida at the time, which seemed to push this issue bigger than it might have...

From what info I have seen posted around, the history seems to be that japan built the first mech and pretty much blew their national reserves to do so. It also had only 1 pilot, which seemed to cause major issues. So they were stuck with what they had and have been making due while other...

And that's exactly my point. All those things took time to stop, and required far more effort than one man throwing out small pieces of information and then disappearing into the hands of our , how do we say, 'least likely allies'? Instead of getting ALL his information out there, he, through...

Your right. You know, I never did like all those seat belt laws. Not gonna wear one anymore and when the cop pulls me over, I'll just refer them to you. I'm sure it will all work out for me! Or we can admit the truth. This shit didn't get this way overnight, nor will it be fixed overnight...

Because while he may be 'doing the right thing', he has broken laws and there are consequences. Its no different than if you worked for a private company, you sign your agreements and if you break them, they can sue you for it, irregardless of the reasons why. It also doesn't help his case that...

So find the good people, support them and help them get elected. Don't just throw you hands in the air and QQ. or you can do what fanaskin has done and just go full Lumie on us.

Just to echo what chaos has said. The 'government' is not some nebulous spooky aliens machine. Its made up of people, there is no 'us vs them' its all just 'us'. Stop sending stupid ass people there and you might stop getting stupid ass shit out.

Hahaha, so you think a EULA keeps a company honest?! No, its the laws that are put in place and enforced by the government. So very ironic isn't it, the people you claim to not trust are the only ones there to protect you. Like so many hypocrites nowadays, you fear/hate the government yet want...
