The broken tuning has nothing to do with population. At least on Ragefire. There are 3 highly active raid guilds and a few other casuals. Hell, even the #2 and #3 guilds have had individual forces greater than the 72 man raid cap when contesting in the past. It wasn't long ago we had a 200+...

By the way, raid update for yesterday: We did a couple more Vindis, KT, Statue, and 1st broods. Apparently #2 guild (Trak and VP equipped) couldn't down Vindi either. Not sure if today's patch has addressed Velious tuning on Ragefire. I hadn't seen anything in the patch notes.

The stupid thing was, they put some of these mobs on test server for the last 2 or 3 weeks. They should have made a forced instance to test these targets though, because any swinging dick solo level 100+ whatever would just come through out of curiosity and wipe everything out of open zones. No...

Why? During Live, AoW was the last mob of the entire xpac to die.

So, Sleeper's Tomb is not populated with mobs. Zero. None up.

I personally camped Angry on Ragefire for 17+ hours, as did many other guild mates without any luck. His normal spawn rate was 3 days +/- variance. Honestly no idea what the final timer is, but it is far too long. We just popped instances after every Gorenaire raid from there out. We usually...

I think the issue is that they announced that mobs would now regen at a much higher rate if NOT engaged. I believe they have it active 100% of the time right now and it needs to be patched. As you pointed out, there is no raid force that would have the clerics and warriors necessary, not even...

That's how I got my Shady Goblin with FD and scan through logs for the kill time. Get the timer and it is 24H +/- variance.

One major issue is there seemed to be population caps on the main zone where the named spawn. Two or three guilds showing up to kill Sontalak or Kael targets? Most people can't zone in due to cap and get kicked to an instance (without raid targets). It is pretty low to the point two raid forces...

Dropped Statue opening night along with Tormax, Vindi 2x, Sontalak, Klandi, and other first broods plus some of the NToV dragons before Aary. Woushi etc. Havn't been online to see what has dropped tonight.

Especially considering the absolute gems that Picasso came up with. Rerolled

"tree jizz" rofl! Grew up in Florida and the fucking nightmare of removing pine sap is for real!

By the way, you are welcome for Ragefire beta testing Velious for you guys! We (Darkwind) managed to drop quite a few targets, but stuff is pretty broken and out of tune. Tormax was a crazy 20+ minute fight. Didn't even bother with Idol of RZ / AoW. Basically, the regen rate is pretty insane...

Call in reinforcements to spawn instances. Shady and Angry will pop on a new instance. Far easier than the 3 day +/- variable shitfest camp for Angry.

Can't seem to get the larger image to load here at work. You should be able to make it out though:

Your group leader is being a lazy and / or incompetent shitbag. The group leader has an additional option to initiate the roll, BUT he also has an option to "Auto Roll". Once that item is selected to auto roll, he never has to fuck with it again. If you are constantly having to remind your...

You just have to be mindful of stupid people (usually greedy people feigning ignorance) in dungeons like Seb. In PUGs you sometimes run across someone selecting "Always Need" on gems like Diamonds and Blue Diamonds. Then you call them out on it and they act like they "didn't know". Never really...

It should be clarified, this AN, AG, or Never is based on a per item type basis! If you come across an item you have never seen before, it will give you the prompt asking if you want to do. The full options are: Need = You are selecting just this once to roll as Need for the selected item...

There's a tick box for AN or AG (Always Need or Always Greed). Select one of those (usually greed) and it will set that item to roll automatically forever. You can go back into loot settings later and change it if necessary. Likewise, you can select the "Never" box and that item will always be...

Yea, most of the bugs and crashes were when it was implemented (right around TLP release). It has since been fixed and once you have your loot options set up correctly, it is flawless. It is a great addition to the game.

I pulled those from P99. Live might have changed them slightly. I am too lazy to log back into my 60 monk to check.

There's a number of reasons I made my monk Iksar. As you said, the AC bonus is pretty hefty and I was using him as a tank in my 6 box crew. You can also start the Shackle quest immediately without having to dick around with faction work on a Human. Do not rule out the Regen bonus as well. With...

The epic clicky haste is a 18 second duration spell and works like any other spell haste. You can use worn haste + spell haste, which DO stack. Spell haste + spell haste do not (higher takes priority), same as worn haste + worn haste do not stack (higher also takes priority). As a Monk you...

By the way, you can copy your char over to Test server and parse on the training dummies over there to verify all of this. I am too lazy to copy and paste the parse work we did over here. Just ask any Monk who's been playing TLP and they will confirm.

That epic fist damage ratio is not counting the haste. The Celestial Fist item, once worn will hard change your bare fists to 23/26. The clicky spell haste on top of that is just a bonus. Just like the clicky haste will also haste any weapons you hold. Ignore the epic click haste. It is...

You are also going to want to complete your shackle quest. It is seriously OP for an item. I would argue the quest took more work than the epic. Shackle of Tynnonium :: Items :: EverQuest :: ZAM

International trade in state secrets is a pricey affair!

The haste is not stackable with any other haste buff, so really it is just used as an ATK buff. When you have no other haste spell on you, the epic clicky will haste any weapon you are using. Celestial Tranquility - Project 1999 Wiki Haste also caps at 200. If you get the 41% haste belt...

Best droppable weapons in Kunark for Monk are Stave of Shielding and Adamantite Club. Stave of Shielding - Project 1999 Wiki= 0.607 ratio Adamantite Club - Project 1999 Wiki= 0.600 ratio At level 60, fists become 0.605 ratio. Once epic, there is nothing remotely comparable (0.884...

Definitely true, but likeability vote-offs typically do not happen at merge time. That usually shifts the game directly into physical threat targets. Calling it now, I see Tai going pretty deep.

Tell that to Caleb!

Amazing dude. America's TV grandpa for sure.

I have a feeling Tai will be around for a while. He is proving himself as an asset in camp while downplaying his individual strength. I can easily see people underestimating him come merge time for individual immunity when you have much bigger physical threats in the game. As soon as he makes...

RG died when we broke the rotation we had with them. They wanted the easier route of instanced raids and moved to Phinny. I actually just quit game anyway, I have far too much RL stuff going on. But if he can't find a guild to raid with at all on Phinny, it is certainly a viable option.

Spot on analogy. PMI tax write off justification? WTF...

Eh, you can come over to Ragefire with Darkwind. We are a 24/7 raid force. Have VP rotation with 1 guild that is A, B, FFA, A, B, FFA, repeat... Velious will be 100% races and contesting around the clock. Darkwind is the only guild fielding a 24/7 force. The next couple guilds are US Prime time...

I will flat out admit that it looks pretty, but my question is... why?? Why are you severely limiting yourself in space. It is super streamlined for what? MPG? I'd rather pay a few extra bucks for losing gas mileage for a more roomy comfortable space. If you want something that compact, just...

Finally got around to watching this ep. God damn, I said from the first week Anna was the hottest on the show. She got a lot of airtime and the boot this episode which was bittersweet. Brutul was absolutely right, a quick turn of luck can take the game right out of your hands. I will say though...
