I'm the worst patient, at least in the ER. Rate your pain on a score of 1-10 on a chart from happy face to sad face. Half a dozen times. I rate it a 3, it's got a nice beat and I can dance to it.

Several days in the hospital. Stepped on a step off my deck on a normaly 7" step and broke my femur. Go in next week after christmas for a bone density test and scan.

I noticed Rhykker the Diablo video maker on youtube now has PoE videos. I guess he's finally seeing the nail in the coffin. I watched the first few minutes of his PoE guide for newbies. I think the video should have been PoE for ex-Diablo players. Everything he said wasn't what something was, it...

Someone mentioned the other day that the guild was running out of room. Can remove me if needed, I'm not playing this league.

Going thru a box of reel to reels I order ages ago in bulk. Someone had a multiple reels of the temptations and similar they either recorded off the air broadcast or off someone elses reel to reel or record. The over the air ones are easy to pick out. Music is good and listening to what was news...

Company of Heros 2 free on steam. Not sure if it has been free, but it's free now.

Did your eye Dr. check your blood sugar before they checked you and gave you a prescription? When I go they have an assistant that will check your blood sugar. I normally just check my own. If it's high they skip it and will do it when the blood sugar is more normal. It really makes a difference...

The special painted locomotive they've had for a while apparently that will haul the casket from Houston to the library in College station where he will be buried. Guess he used it at one time.

I haven't kept up with it, but is PoB being kept or going to be updated after the guy went to work for GGG now? Maybe I misread that a while back.

Bush took a lot of heat for the highway of death. Not for killing too many but at the time I remember reading and hearing at the time that it was him that stepped in from backlash on TV (CNN at the time) and ordered it stopped. I think they gave them X number of hours to get out if I remember...

The daily updates are normally cross posted here from the offical forums where GGG post everything. Path of Exile • r/pathofexile Forum - Path of Exile

I don't know if they still do, but cars used to have a relay for headlights that would constantly reset if tripped. That would cause the blink or strobing. Loss of a ground or some other short will do it. It was made that way if you lost your headlight to an electrical issue it would reset and...

Make your own CNC etch a sketch. On buying billet and such, no idea. Most of the stuff I've dealt with have been small thickness. Only once did I do a 13" thick spacer of steel rolled at the steel plant where it was going to be used for a building that had kind of collapsed there. Suprisingly...

Soon it will be like the old joke. It's all original. It has one tiny thing left on it that wasn't changed lol. Seen people apply it to cars as well.

I know I bitch a lot, but I'm starting to rapidly lose faith that they will find anything. Let alone in time to fix anything. I know it sounds really bad to say I almost wish they would find something really bad at least I would now what it is. I have connections to a family that was recognized...

Just judging by the uptick of PoE post the Diablo Immortal announcement is going to be some of the best PR for POE.

Keeping my luddite leanings going.

I hate taking prednisone. Makes my blood sugar go wonky. Oddly enough when I had 1000mg of methyl prednison a day infusion for a week I really had no issues controlling it. New doctor theory is inflammation. I've had a few test which I can't remember the name of. All the results were referred...

No they have certs and go thru all kinds of training. But normally the stuff is cut, fit, up, tacked and then put onto the weld side of the shop. It's production but not like you see guys sitting on one stool welding the same thing every day. Every item that comes out the shop is a one of a...

I can see it for iso and stuff that's all pipe welding and such. In structural all of ours is 99% the same. Because it's galvanized it's 1/4" fillet seal welded all around unless noted otherwise. If a welder has a question they'll ask the fitter. Head fitters/layout guys make a lot more than...

The only thing a welder should know how to read is a procedure sheet and welding symbols. Most shops that I work with don't give the welder drawings. It's tacked and the welder gets a small sheet with the welding procedure and the symbol at most. Reading shop drawings is for fitters and qa...

99.9% of the structural we do is flux core wire feed. I can't remember the last time I saw someone using actual MiG. Stick I still see some shops the fitter will use it to tack but they mostly use flux core as well. I instruct class twice a month for welders and fitters on how to read shop...

From others I've talked to I think you can get a decent inverter tig machine now for not as much money if you are willing to put with a little lower duty cycle. I'm guessing most home welders aren't hitting the duty cycle to begin with. Bonus being it won't weigh 400 pounds or more like a...

WalMart is good at selling commodities, this isn't a commodity.

Walmart sourced from China and most likely assembled in China. Color me shocked it turned out to be extemely cheap.

HP, quicksilver flask, leap slam, just zerg thru the trials. At least that's what I did.

I've never played a Floyd Rose but from seeing the amount of people who complain about them on forums, guitar stores, pawn shops and such had to come from somewhere. I guess that's the advantage of being an old fuddy duddy with a telecaster.

Stash tabs go on sale once a month as well.

Winner of the week. Harvard running back flips off Yale defender on way into end zone, refs disallow TD (Video)

Hey you can buy JcPenny stock for around $1/share now. Buy now before it becomes a penny stock. I'll be here all week.

Pecos Bill down in Fredericksburg, TX. One of the last if not the only remaining two seat P-51 Mustang in existence. Not dual control but it was used mostly for demonstrations and flying WWII veterans. Edit - reported Pecos Bill but apparently it was another P-51 that went down. Double edit -...

Guessing whoever invested early on gave some "what the fuck is wrong with you" type comments to both parties involved.

ATF agent.

Wonder how many people put money into the game years ago and either forgot or just gave up?

It hasn't froze here this year yet. But yesterday it sleeted for about 5 minutes. Odd. Considering the temp was in the low 50's all day.

Diablo Immortal I Diablo Immortal 2 Diablo Immortal 3 All being worked on. Multiple projects.

Like I said, I've watched him a few times. He's beyond all in for Blizzard/D3. Attends every Blizzcon from Canada, interviews as many Blizz people as he can, and one time I noticed on his channel he had an hour long video (I didn't watch it) of someone who had worked at Blizzard years ago...

He did a review of PoE compared to Diablo and said PoE didn't have the depth that D3 had, and didn't get out of the story into mapping. I think that's when I stopped watching his stuff. Saw only a small portion of the actual game.

I watched a handful of his videos over the last few years. Few times there some information but it became a rah rah channel for diablo 4 and became almost "I saw a 4 leaf clover today so that means diablo 4 will come out next quarter". Blizzard is a business , what? Lol. Even if they managed to...

Yeah only one night a week and pretty sure it was only till 10pm or something like that. Would have been mid to late 80's.
