Yes I know the points are there, but they do not count toward leveling up *Sniper Rifles*. It goes toward Recon. Also my campaign now crashes at the same point every time in mission #6. Guess I won't be getting the M249 for a while.

It's going to be especially rough leveling up sniper rifles, since marksman bonus etc doesn't count toward them. You pretty much only get the 100 pts per kill.... and that's it.

I had BF3 unlocked like 12 hours early on a Korean VPN and there were lots and lots of servers up, as well as no issues with Origin/Battlelog after I unlocked and ditched the VPN.

For the AF it's only a 1.5 mile run once every 6 months (or every 12 months if your composite score is high enough, but your run time better be <11:30 or so with a really good pushup/situp score) in addition to pushups/situps/waist measurement. I've never had issues with the waist measurement...
