I'm enjoying the show overall, but the bugs wizard guy is lame. That's my only gripe with the show. Oh well, let's see what happens.

For those of you that have kids in the "brain rot" age range, this has become my son's anthem.

Mushoku Tensei That's all you need to watch. Well, I guess Frieren also. Solo Leveling Demon Slayer 1st season of Windbreaker. Don't waste your time on the 2nd season, which ended a few weeks ago. Log Horizon Gundam Build Fighters MF Ghost (it's a continuation to what Initial D began, but...

It comes with 5 discs. 3 of them are DVD and 2 are Blu-Ray. They should just stop making DVD at this point. If you don't have a Blu-Ray player, do something else with your time.

He has fluffier/shaggier hair than in the previous 3 films.

I'm surprised they added this on top of the other current trash she-iron man wakanda bullshit they have out right now.

For real for real. And I like physical media.

At least those dots are slightly protective. This had none of that. It was wrapped just like a grocery store shopping bag book cover we used to put on our books in high school.

Good info. Here's the actual paper bag they shipped it in. You can see how they tried to fix it with tape in more than one spot. There was nothing protective about the bag, just a bag. Garbage shipping.

Yeah, that was incredible. He's a badass, she's a badass and her mom was a badass. Lots of good that entire episode. He got to level up (metaphorically).

I ordered 5 of these movies with a steelbook case. Amazon shipped it out in a fucking paper bag that ripped open before it made it to me. All 5 of these things arrived damaged, and they're currently out of stock to order more. Pain in the fucking ass. Retards at Amazon. Who the fuck would...

This is a slightly older show from last year, but it went under the radar of pretty much everyone. I've heard good things, so I'll give it a try. There's actually 2 seasons as well.

Ok, I'm down for this. And it looks like it comes out next month. At least if I saw the date correctly.

It was a solid episode. I wouldn't say it was the best of the year, but I liked it. In my opinion, episode 6 with Beth battling herself takes the cake.

Yeah, that's the season 2 song. Even though they're just continuing the episode count, it's a new season so there's new OP & ED songs.

No, but kinda. The only real connection is implied by the first after credit scene. Then we can mentally bridge the gap between the universes to bring F4 into the MCU world. And what happened in the end credit doesn't bridge anything. But we know what will happen (vaguely as a subject and...

Not at all. But literally every scene he was in this week were full of smiles. That's unusual for anime.

I've done this before, way back when Captain America was out. I saw that and Horrible Bosses at the same time. Anyway, get your bearings early. Find out how long each movie is, and check the start times on both. Then choose a movie that has a 15-20 minute window between when the one movie...

The only real thing I disliked about that episode was water magician's constant smile any time he spoke with a human. Just way too many fucking smiles. Creepy.

Oh yeah. There was also some girl that resembled Lena Dunham, back when she was still fat, but thin for her. IMDB doesn't say Lena, so I have no idea who it was. But seeing her in the movie is who I thought of.

Are you suggesting they throw the jew down the well?

That's one of the chicks from American Pie.

Haha, I thought it was a chick also. Girl Boss and all that.

I liked today's Dandadan. Master chick is pretty badass with the baseball bat. Or maybe it was just the speed of the scene, but It was good.

People may say it's woke, but I didn't think so. The big thing is Sue Storm got even stronger than normal in order to save her kid. Then silver surfer did something, but thee back story they gave her, made it a mostly reasonable action. And it wasn't crazy overwhelming either. She was just...

Someone at my viewing bought this. It was $50. Crazy.

I like how his face changed to bearded thing later on in the movie.

They did a good job of this. It wasn't a traditional origin story. The characters already had their power, then later explained how they got that power. They also briefly recapped early fights in the Fantastic Four comic books, allowing new characters to be introduced as though they were...

I saw this today in 3D, and I really really enjoyed it. It's emotional, but only because I'm a father. I don't think people who aren't parents will care. There are 2 end credit scenes. The first is a mid credit, that leads towards a future movie. The second is after everything, and it's...

Also, Asians generally dislike their eyes. Not all, but a lot. That's why they draw anime characters with giant eyes. That's also one of the reasons double lid surgery exists. So they can make their eyes look like Caucasian eyes. It's silly, IMHO. As a white dude, I love the look of my...

Fantastic Clev episode. Thanks again for telling me to watch it after I noped out on the first few minutes of the first episode.

That about sums up my thought process every time I watch The Marvels. And because of just how insanely great it is, I try to watch it at least once every weekend. Especially that singing world scene. Chef's kiss to that one. :emoji_kissing:🤌

Black or not, you really need to know how to swim. It's valuable information.

No, no it doesn't. You should watch the real Japanese movie, Departures. It's an actual acted movie, as opposed to an Anime. It's fucking cry porn with how many times you will weep during it.

I really enjoyed Thunderbolts*

I agree on that. I watched it when It was first airing, then watched it a second time as we were driving cross country from PA to California before shipping our car to Hawaii.

That sounds like a you problem. Gotta start opening your mind to some shows. Right now, I'm in the middle of a rewatch of Rascal Does not Dream of Bunny-Senpai. It's not that old, but I haven't seen it since it first came out. Now there's it + 3 movies, and the 2nd season is airing right...

Another good completed show was Ajin. It's dark also, but very good. There's a live action remake as well, but I'm talking about the anime. Another good choice is Fullmetal Alchemist. That was the name of the original series, which was fantastic, but moved away from the manga towards the...
