Still pretty cheesy that Azshara and N'zoth get reduced to patch bosses (if that is indeed, how it all ends up). I think they're going for something entirely new with Shadowlands Big Bad, but the need to push Sylvanas so much means they just kinda gloss over what should have been much bigger...

You'd be wrong about Bettis. It's not just the rushing yards, he only broke double digit TD's twice, his yards per carry were under 4.0 in 9 of his 13 years playing. Bus was just decent to very good overall numbers for a fairly lengthy career at RB. Wasn't just Sanders that was far better...

Agreed, I wasn't disputing whether they should be in, just countering Uber's claim that you had to be the best at your position for at least 1 season to be in the Hall of Fame. Also Reed should have some Super Bowl records, going 4 years in a row to get stomped by the NFC. He's still great...

Jerome Bettis never led the league in rushing, in the Hall of Fame. Andre Reed never led in any receiving category. Hall of Fame.

2006. The game where Rivers had the Chargers up 21-13 and Brady and the Pats were facing 4th down from the Charger 41 with 6:25 to go. Brady throws a pick...which Marlon McCree FUMBLES the ball back to the Patriots during the return, giving them a fresh set of downs. Pats score TD and 2 point...

Basketball was the correct troll Mud, come on man...we expect better.

Barnwell ranks the best QBs to never reach a Super Bowl: Could Philip Rivers be No. 1?

Gotta say I'm a little disappointed, especially with the first round bye and all. When the Caps win another Cup I will be even more insufferable, and you know that Redskins revival is right around the corner.

They've always got the Void Lords stashed away for an expansion.

This is a funny way to think of it, but yeah.

For a long time in the books she only had very minor powers b/c she never took the time to train. Eventually semi near the end of EU she finally decided to go full bore training and reached Jedi Knight status (below Master obviously)

This. Although you get the feeling that, had he gotten them into FG range, their kicker would have missed.

But I agree LFR is the worst. Still kind of against LFD even, but I know QoL demands some sacrifices.

Maybe it's just because I have him in fantasy but watching Hunter Henry wide open underneath with all 3 timeouts while Rivers chucked up prayers 30-40 yards downfield was infuriating.

If they actually had Naxx 40 available in Classic already they'd be able to do all that weak shit easily

Best reason to see my name mentioned here

Well when compared to the movie that came out after it...

I mean, they pretty much need to kill off Leia now. Ford wanted to be done with it, too...they did him about the best way they could.

Well, they might be okay with Thanksgiving games

That's something I know vast majority of players would prefer

That would definitely have to be the framework to make it anywhere near okay. I know with the NHL they were figuring on doing a massively unbalanced division schedule so those teams mostly just traveled around Europe for long stretches then would do extended road trips to the US where they'd...

Some pretty amazing defense right there.

Have to agree the travel just wouldn't be fair for a London team, nor their opponents each year. NHL for awhile was trying to sell league to Europe with thoughts of expanding to a whole division of teams in Europe, but the travel would just be too brutal overall.

While it was good to get the resolution to the "meanwhile" part (although predictable in nothing actually happening), agree that the .1 part is so short compared to doing the full expansion msq it barely scratches the itch.

Cosmic Triangles Open a Window to the Origin of Time

It's funny...on one hand I can understand the league turning a blind eye on PI challenges unless they are as bad as the Saints miscall. You don't want to have so many instances of judgement calls to be made on any throw where there is some contact. But it's becoming a much worse look for the...

Wrath had the dual spec talent stuff did it not? I like the idea of saving builds, though. Multiple not just a dual swap back and forth. At least for the cast bar.

This game crazy, so many missed red zone chances but a few big/crazy plays for TD's

to each their own, I think multiple builds are fun. I played Marks hunter end of Legion, and while it was mostly single target v. AoE fights there were some other optimal tweaks on certain fights. Click an item, swap talents, learn different builds. Enjoyed it.

Giants getting gifts with these returns not doing shit with them.

Danny Dimes.

Giants should be up 2 scores going into half. One big play and a needless pick later and they might be losing.

LOL Dak

Wasn't really every fight, and really how hard is it to swap a couple gear pieces, have some 1332131 list in your head to just click item to swap talents, and go? Makes sense kind of that different abilities/gear pieces with legendary effects would be more optimal for some fights.

Of course min maxxing will be around forever, but if they actually give multiple options that can work for different scenarios, that's far better than other versions of systems. Like I said, stuff at the end of Legion felt nice after coming back where I could have different tools in my tool box...

The concern there is always going to be min/maxing stuff where certain ones are just clearly better than others. Especially since they make it seem it'll be hard to swap between different covenants. I know someone a page or two back was talking about whether talent trees or the pick 1 of 3...

Also it doesn't feel like they're changing it to many NEW things...they're just trying to go back to a lot of old things that people liked/talk about how they wish were still a thing and selling it off as NEW changes.

Well the good news is I shouldn't have to have that addition for any of the scrip macros now with new stats. Everything should be able to be done in a single macro and have it all fall under Ingenuity with proper ordering.

I think the backlash kinda hit a high point over BFA, so the idea that this might be a Hail Mary (even if Legion kind of was too) might be legit.

That may be something I use more once I get my new macros optimized for new stats with the better gear. For white scrips at least my old macro (since I was trying to keep it to just a single button) I would sometimes have to manually hit another careful synth b/c if Reuse would proc it would...
