Namor isn't a mutant.

I have a question about one of the after credit scenes (Yes, there were 2) [/spoiler]

I just got back from seeing this. My first reaction was WOW! That was a great movie. I realize that I'm overly positive about almost everything, and I tried to look at this with a negative angle. There were a few subtle things that I didn't like, but they were so small that nothing is...

I just saw the trailer for this before civil war. Looked great.

I'm not sure, but Steven King seems to do it also. His books never seem to end as well as the story dictates they should.

Because the film industry is full of non-creative nobodies that need their hands in the pot to justify their positions. That's what it boils down to. Marvel doesn't seem to have that problem, but every other film studio does. An example of that non creative bullshit would be this made up...

Wasn't there also something about Mance's horn causing the wall to crack or something? I remember reading something like that a long time ago.

While I don't know the official name, it's just a leafy weed. There are very very tiny thorn-like hairs on the stem. The quickest and easiest way to get rid of it for the season is to go to home depot and buy the leafy weed herbicide. You spray it right over your grass, but it doesn't affect...

Yeah, he said his brother, even though the guy looked a lot younger than the haggered old Greyjoy.

Hmm... That's a pretty compelling argument.

When Daisy said "drain me", I couldn't help but think that she could drain me instead. Not a drop wasted.

Remember how cool he looked in the initial screenshot of the new movie? Then they changed the coloring of the screen to add some orange, and he was PERFECT! He was so close to looking like The Thing. EDIT: Ok, I found the "original Thing" and then the Altered thing images from that thread...

They can close it, but they haven't yet. So Zoom is able to pull people from there to here in the mean time.

Here a brief transcript from the "new" Jon Snow:

Oh yeah, you're right. I could have sworn that guy was the armor maker.

Wrong again. It's Tyrion.

I never played CoD4. Only MW2 and beyond.

Illegitimate son of Robert was absolutely shown. In both episodes. He was playing with the camp fire last episode when Grayjoy decided he wanted to leave Sansa because she would be safer with the others.

Awesome. Pencil Erasers own. You can redeem 100 tokens for a slap bracelet, though.

There's a guy that taught my family how to scuba dive. He owns the factory right next to ours, and has been there for around 20 years. I've known the guy personally (though not as a friend) for probably 10 years. His company is HVAC, so I had him quote doing a job for me. Holy shit did his...

What happens if an animal is killed while inhabited by the mind of a worg? Does the animal's mind swap over to the person? Or is that just from being worged way too long. Hmm.

I enjoy the single player campaigns. I'm not an online CoD player, though. Every FPS game, I only ever do the campaign and that's it. I judge a game based off of that and not the potential bugs or OP crap people will encounter doing multi-player games. CoD is a pretty good single player...

So the auditor came to my house last week for the buyer's mortgage company. We sold for $230k, but he walks through my immaculate property and says there have been no changes in 15 years and that house was only worth $210k. Fucking disgusting. While the guy was there, I told him everything...

But if she already had the baby prior to the battle, it was made by Willis. He may transform to Hodor during the battle, but it was Willis that was the father.

It's not as hard as you think. They wouldn't actually pay for it. Just pay for it by proxy. The US gives Mexico a lot of money every year. "According to ForeignAssistance.gov, Mexico received $265 million in foreign aid in 2013." They speculate the wall will cost no more than $8 billion to...

Willis, not Hodor!

Ok, then extend it a minute. They establish that it's Eddard Stark fighting (for Robert Baratheon) to save his sister, Lyanna from Rhaegar Targaryen. They pull their swords to fight the Kingsguard. Credits.

Just got an email from Amazon.

I have this gut feeling that everyone being super stoked about next week will be disappointed. Not because the ToJ arc won't be good, but because the episode will end when they finally show the tower.

I would say yes to a day. However, it's very cold out there, so his body was more preserved. Similar to how the bodies in a morgue are in refrigeration units.

It isn't that it took the 3 geniuses for me to like them. I was heavily invested in the ultimate universe, and read EVERY title, start to finish. I never bothered with FF prior to that, outside of a few crossovers. It isn't that I would read them and lost interest, either. I was younger...

Ianx, just because you aren't a fan of Fantastic Four, doesn't mean everyone else is in the same boat. As far as the ultimate universe is concerned, they were one of my favorite series. Really great stories. What made Marvel Comics ultimately axe them was the poor response from that god...

Amazon wins again. Nice pre-order discount. I'm only ordering the game (much less the $80 heritage edition) for the remaster Modern Warfare game. I've enjoyed that series ever since mw2 that had the airport mission. I'm only going to play both titles in campaign mode, so season pass...

We actually put Baku down. They have these vets that will actually come to your house and do the euthanasia procedure where you and the pet are most comfortable. My wife decided that she would like the ashes back, just because she could sprinkle some of them in our yard, then take the rest to...

He looks a little like Skee-Lo. I wish I was a little bit taller, I wish I was a baller, I wish I had a girl who looked good, I would call her. Either that or the guy from that Major Lazer video.

He passed today. We're pretty devastated, but I'm kind of glad that it happened so quickly as opposed to dragging its feet through the mud and making my dog suffer. That was definitely difficult.

Well, there's also the side part of that episode where the Hooli guys just figured out how he did the middle out compression, and they're going to sell it. Maybe they'll even make a company themselves, and he can oversee it or something. All of the people taking camera phone pictures of that...

They seem like such pleasant girls, though.

Seriously, who could imagine a show about the tech industry showing graphic horse on horse action, including a come shot? Hilarious.
