We found @Borzak Times like this I miss whatsamattau.

Nice tackles Texas?

somehow managed to not read any of Alastair in all the sci-fi I’ve read.

I don’t know, growing up in Panama City we always had hot sauce for scrambled eggs, pepper sauce for green beans / black eyed peas, malt vinegar for fries or catfish, that damn mayo + ketchup concoction for fish sticks.

Oh shit nevermind, it was Neptune’s Brood by Charles Stross. So ymmv if you’ve read much of his work. Hell the main character of the book is an accountant.

I did read that book, the first of the series, but could be remembering the wrong theme. After posting that I tried looking up a few summaries and it didn’t align with what I was looking for. Was almost positive the catalyst for events in my book involved some kind of monetary theft. Ancillary...

Was it Ancillary Justice by Ann Leckie where they focused on the economics of a multi-light year spanning civilization and how economics would work transferring money from one end of the galaxy to the other? Seems familiar...

I like Halifax, he streams with Doc every now and then. Seems pretty cool. I usually have some background stuff on like ChewieMelodies or Clairepics for music too that are like 300 viewers. Piano / Guitar stuff.

Yeah Ritual was great. I’m actually pretty interested in the list @Caliane as I do enjoy terrible movies. In the Tall Grass sounds good and The Reeds doesn’t sound familiar so those are two good possibilities. Good idea on just searching out a studio like A24, should be solid.

I really wanted to like the Sturgill Simpson one because that new album is great. But didn’t make it past 20 minutes or so. Might have to give it another try.

oh hell yeah Mandy was awesome, forgot about that one.

Unfortunately I burned Hereditary and Midsommar before October started and am short on good Horror / Horror’ish movies for this year. So, looking for recommendations. The only thing I’m not reallay in to is torture porn. Just got tired of it, but could probably revisit the original Saw. The...

I hate you.

Just pitiful. Bo Nix decided today was the day to be a true freshman and make every bad decision imaginable. Exactly what I though would happen in the secondary came true. Just a pitiful pitiful effort.

Sweet baby Jesus you’re a mad man.

Just a generation that they focused on “tech” instead of raw power. Emphasis on Ray Tracing, the AI stuff, etc... I want a new card but would imagine next year being a bigger straight performance increase. Plus another opportunity to rape your wallet with shady business practices.

I have a Subway in my building at work that is avoided like the plague. Well today needed to eat and work from the desk so decided to dive in real-time quick. Mother fucking $8.71 for just a mother fucking foot long meatball sub. No chips or drink. What the actual fuck do they think they’re...

I’m only on episode 5 of this and completely support the idea. Had no clue what the show was going in but Tom and Greg are killing it for me.

I wouldn’t recommend Jizoh. Kael as 6* will be a better long term investment and can serve as your speed farmer for 12-3 Brutal to help out with food. Almost done with my Kael masteries. Also pulled a Coldheart during the event. I have enough food I think for 3 more 6* just not sure who they...

That video shows and mentions there being multiple “scenes” being shot, so not sure how they are going about whole movie thing.

Think we diverted those funds to pay for Cam Newton and the refs for each of our games. From what all the Arkansas fans tell me at least.

With any luck we’ll knock off Florida this weekend, grab the off week and then take care of Arkansas. It was frustrating to me they hadn’t announced the Auburn v Arkansas game time yet but didn’t account for the off week in between. Gotta make travel plans. Going in to LSU with a potential #5 v...

wait, what Sky High are we talking about here?

Go for two!!

UNC game is interesting.

It was either here or some other review I read about this and/or Hereditary. They likened it to not so much as stabbing you with a knife but rather slowly turning a knife that is already inside of you. Thought that kind of worked for me.

Desktop PC Client came out. It works perfect for me. Turned off a few of the superfluous options like motion blur and bloom. 100% smooth though. Makes some stuff like Inventory management a lot easier since there's no stuttering or lag moving between screens. Also might help with some community...

You mean 50% load is ideal for efficiency. That read strange like you should aim for an50% efficient power supply.

you degenerate, I posted it like 4th post!

Was testing some equipment at a vendor facility today and they catered in Chick-fil-A and I tried to answer the age old question of “How much free Chick-fil-A is too much free Chick-fil-A?” Ate so many nuggets those nerds were scared. And when I buy them I only get a 6 piece.

Anyone attached to those short films involved? Those were pretty baller if I remember correctly. Oh okay, so there was Rebirth and Legacy. Guess I had only a strong memory of the Rebirth short and not that it was damn almost 9 years ago. The Legacy stuff didn’t look that familiar for some...

Alright, well this movie was fucked up in all the good ways.

Haha, my next 5 games include Florida, LSU, and Georgia. At least we’ll likely be going in 5-0, maybe pull off a win in one of those 3, Florida?

Yeah our offense is very hot / cold right now. Scoring on 4 play drives or just going 3 and out. Defense thought they had made some good coverage adjustments there in the 3rd but right at the end is getting scorched again.

Oh shit that’s crazy. This is going to be a blast.

That award goes to Another Life. This show is bad, but I am not even sure it is hate-watchable.

My 21” Viewsonic took up the whole passenger seat of my 86 Rx-7 going to LAN parties. And weighed as much as any chick I dated too.
