Some things I figure from Zillow:
* it's biased towards new construction
* it doesn't consider acreage
* it operates off of something other than what the homeowner officially inputs
* it has a real hard time valuing non-cookie-cutter developments
I'm ok with it as long as Zillow and its...
While I kinda like this approach, I'm not sure it's in the book for child-rearing. There is someone who would probably do this wrong and send the kid into heart failure.
There are lumpers and splitters, and you, sir, are a splitter.
I don't think you need to worry too much about comparisons to the first season. If the show doesn't redeem itself this week, there won't be an audience paying attention.
At this point, I am also ok with basically with the pornographic completion of all GoT plot lines.
GoT will never get better than the end of its second season. Part of this is because of the book support, but part of this is because the supernatural is less interesting than the human drama...
Season 8 Episode 1
Epilogue
Bronn and the Bad Pussy
The White Walkers were repelled. The Wheel was broken. And Bronn had survived it all.
Land and title meant nothing in the New Westeros, but, for his trouble, Bronn still had some souvenirs. Longclaw, its ever-perfectly-forged gleam...
There's a much simpler explanation for not seeing Stannis' decapitation -- Brienne's sword swing transitions into Ramsay's in the next scene.
Stannis is dead.
Just be content with that. That's for sure.
There is no need to think about it any further. These stories aren't that deep, and the writers can add twist whenever they want.
If you want something to chew on, consider that Brienne has assumed the role of Lady Stoneheart.
You're out of control with the infractions. You don't know the books or show well enough to tell the difference between established plot, spoiler, and guessing/theory. Please stop.
It's not a spoiler; it's just my guess.
With two seasons to go, I think the writers have to start consolidating characters and plots to deal with the fantasy enemy.
If I had kids, Splatoon is good enough that it would make me consider buying a second Wii U and TV to play with them online.
I love how fast, snooth, and responsive it is -- it's everything I loved about Monday Night Combat and even more.
Do both of your bathrooms have showers or tubs? If one does not have those things it is not considered a full bathroom. kinda like a bedroom has to have a closet.
I have read that George R. R. Martin is friends with Tad Williams. I'm not sure who inspires who, but Game of Thrones has a lot in common with Williams' Memory Sorry and Thorn and Shadowmarch series.
Anyway, the Norn in MST and the Qar in Shadowmarch both have a "creep" that consumes the land...
It seemed really incomplete.
edit: I guess it's intentional. Between this two-part episode and the cop episode, this season is not as easy to watch as others.
Not sure how it went down in the books, but from the show, it would seem much more likely that Drogo/Dany's baby is hidden somewhere.
Seriously, what mother would simply accept a witch telling her that her baby was a stillborn monstrosity and not demand to see it?
If only Splatoon had been bundled with the Wii U when it debuted. It would have made the console and it's quirky controller make sense.
Not sure yet how long or short on content the game is, but it's great fun. Reminds me of Monday Night Combat, my favorite shooter.
There's a mix of competent and incompetent agents out there. You have to be wary of both. The incompetent ones can miss important details that might hurt you, and the competent ones might be competent enough to scam you.
Very few of them seem to be looking beyond their commission checks. They...
Flaying is what Boltons do. I don't think the depth of Ramsay's sadism is common knowledge, though.
I'm guessing there's a damsel-in-distress subplot here: the previous two episodes made it clear that Sansa need only call for help and the former Stark servants will help her. Also, Brienne is...
Sandsnakes should have been Michelle Rodriguez, Sofia Vergara, and Jessica Alba (basically the female cast from Machete Kills). The mother should have been Salma Hayek. Those latina actresses can be convincingly tough.
Or it could be story about a handy wife that likes fix-r-uppers/remodeling. If she has a hand in it, and isn't simply writing checks, it could be cool. Easier if she had a classic car restoration habit, though.
Yep. It smells a lot like buying a car.
Maybe see if there is a local small lender? I used the same one for both of my houses, and it was easy the first time, and even easier the second because I had a history with them.
The thing is, there are fewer and fewer small local lenders.
There's a difference between a prequal and pre-approval?
In 24 hours I had a maximum and a letter to show the Seller along with the offer. Maybe that was the perk of a small local lender?
Nothing astounding about it. Most people stink at math and they are going to be overwhelmed by dishonest rehearsed people who have a couple of calculations and some sales pitches ready to go.
For things like homes and cars you have to work out the numbers for a few scenarios before the...
Realtors want fast and easy; buyers and sellers often want to min-max. If you are buying or selling, I think the best thing you can do is be up-front, direct, and certain about what you want and why.
It's an awesome game. Very underrated, arguably better than the Mario games on Wii U (and those are great, too) in terms of challenge and art and music.
Hyrule Warriors is pretty awesome. Been playing the heck out of that lately.
Thanks for sharing.
Her jaw/lip muscle problem is nothing to be ashamed of, but at the same time she should be aware of why people would make fun of her. Then she can anticipate it, and respond with something more effective than getting confused and crying.
The thing here that bothers me...
