I play him. I posted awhile ago that I found him boring and tedious to level but once I maxed level and geared him I now play him almost exclusively, before and after changes. I don't run a burn build.

Double click on the buy packs with gold. It should give you a prompt to type in how many packs you want.

Cyclops is actually fun for me. Either that or I went in expecting a bad character and was pleasantly surprised how much I enjoyed him. I took him to 60 unlike most the other characters that I usually stop at 50. He is a 2 button hero though so maybe that is why people bag on him.

I guess I got fortunate. My first two random chests were Loki than Ghost Rider. I still haven't tried either of them though. I have since picked up Storm, Rocket Raccoonx2 (sucks I need to lvl him to use the second token to lvl his ultimate, cause its just taking up space now) and Human Torch.

Concerning g's I think you get 250 as a reward for finishing the story once (I did) and thats it. If you want g's you need to buy them.
