This is completely false. I do the same level 99 missions 3-4 times per day. Out of His Element will usually respawn within minutes of completing it, giving practically infinite garrison resources.

Are you getting more than 6 level 100 missions per day? I had to get a new follower at 99 just so I actually have missions to send my followers on. I don't get any fewer 100s, just a lot more non-100s.

Are you missing bonus armor on any of your pieces? It's so far above any other stat besides strength, that missing it hurts quite a bit.

What? Gladiator was the highest single target DPS spec before the nerf today. It's AoE DPS was good, but not as good as Arms and Fury. If you weren't at the top of meters by a large margin except WW Monks, you weren't doing Glad right.

The rumour I heard was that it was handing out too much loot in LFG for some reason (like 8-12 pieces per run, when doing 4 bosses should only net you average 5), but isn't broken in pre-mades if you set the loot to personal. Just a rumour though.

The application I like the most is printing solid metal objects that would have otherwise been made by welding or bolting things together along seams. You can get a lot more strength out of a single, solid object without any weak points that way.

They don't, this is a persistent rumour, but it's not true. The only thing randomized on normal loot is tertiary stats. Crafted items are random stats, but drops are not.

I only got it by doing RP walk + Move Pad. My key bindings are not conducive to holding back while also attacking, they're optimized for strafing + attacking which caused some problems when I tried walking sideways to kill him.
