Nice. Seems like a couple of matches that took a while to get organized are making the loser's bracket lag behind a little bit, so take advantage of the weekend if you can to get those done.

Everythign I own except TLV is at level 5 or higher. I play a pretty decent variety of heroes fairly well I think, with ~5-6 that I play very well.

It really is just a matter of resting it and even then singers often get polyps. At which point they can either stop singing or get a surgery that may permanently alter their voice which could ruin their careers or maybe it is fine. It isn't quite a coin flip, but it is close.

The ban system wasn't so bad when we did it before, we had a website that allowed simultaneous bans if you really wanted to make it fair.
