Makes me wish I had stuck it out longer with Vanguard but I crashed constantly in that game and was coming to it pretty fresh out of Shadowbane, which I had quit because of, you guessed it - constant crashes, so Vanguard's rustled me more than they should have and I never gave it a real shot.

Ditto. I cannot believe how smooth this game is given how good it looks with everything on. It looks like autoaim only kicks in with a controller plugged in, which isn't to say some people wont try to software glitch it to get an advantage, just that it isn't there with M+K out of the gate.

You can also start a multiplayer game and create 2 customs, you just need to start it as a LAN session and open Divinity twice (once from Steam and once from the app folder). Once the game is saved with two custom characters, you can close your second session and you will always have two customs

Started my honormode run last night. Went with two custom made lone wolf characters, one a heavy warfare archer and one a heavy warfare necro/melee. Hopefully I can finish the run before they nerf warfare impacting basically every combat skill lol

You could just avoid the fight and go into Arx the other way. Hit it later after you had some time shopping in Arx because that is probably the biggest power jump in the entire game.

Be interesting to see what kind of feedback this gets coming out of Pax. Alpha starting in December seems staggeringly fast for anything but the most wispy of vapourware given they only started dev last year and are running with a pretty lean studio.
