Starcraft and Counter-Strike Diablo 2 is a close runner-up, but doesn't quite have the longevity of the above.

Lots of extremely compelling stuff they have planned. Pretty ambitious to the point I'm skeptical they'll be able to pull it off well/at all given the current state of the game. That said I'd love if they're able to do it, would add a lot more long term engagement/replayability.

If his ult is OP (not saying I feel that way), then a slight reduction on the attack range would be enough to balance it out. If there was a problem right now, its that many of the maps are tight enough, that there is no way to flee while he runs around swiping his sword.
