I'm sure it's a resource issue. How many were trying to break it for the Pro Tour? And that was with people generally thinking Eldrazi could be a thing because of the BW deck. But only 8% of Day 1 was Eldrazi. If you're WoTc and you look at something like that, where tens, if not hundreds of...
This is just more internet conspiracy stuff. Reid Duke was not a member of the team that broke the deck and he did not play the deck. Reid played Jund and is on Team Pantheon. The teams on Eldrazi were Team CFB/Face to Face and Team East West Bowl. Reid does write for CFB, which seems like the...
I think he means something like dropping three mimics on turn one.
Sucks that dude tapped wrong in game 4 vs LSV. LSV probably still would have lost but now always going to be that cloud over it.
Yeah, BBD said he spent 40 hours trying to build the Eldrazi deck and didn't find it. Two teams broke it for the tour. One of the teams had 10 out of 20 in the top 25 and 3 in the top 8. The meta will adapt or something will get banned.
I don't think he tried to add more mana than he had, but he clearly tried to undo a game action after he realized his line wouldn't work.
I love how so many of the people that complain about Wizards never printing cards for modern are now immediately calling for a ban of Eye of Ugin.
I hope it was out of ordinary. They had leaks for the past four sets. It went from a Wotc employee to his friend to one of the judges posting on the chat boards. These weren't widespread all over reddit or MTGSalvation leaks. They were leaks only posted to their chat board, imgur posts with only...
Wow, only so far in, but for the past four sets the SE judges had a group chat where essentially batphone leaked cards were posted. I haven't followed this stuff too closely, but the impression I got before was they were just talking about the same spoilers that were all over reddit and various...
I also enjoyed the premier much more than I thought I would. I like the Lucifer stuff in Sandman but haven't read the spin-off. I'm sure its not a buddy cop spin off but whatever, looks like this will be a guilty pleasure. That chic is hot. Tryna see Hot-tub High School.
Yeah. And Tarantino and Inarritu seemed a little prickly to each other. Ridley Scott didn't have time for anyone's bullshit. He's like I make movies, its not hard, I don't rehearse, or go to locations or do anything else. The Martian was easy.
I think there might be an Eldrazi deck that isn't ramp but isn't BR devoid either. Maybe more midrange using the blink Eldrazi and the four and five drops. Not sure though.
What you guys think the chances of an Inquisition of Kozilek reprint are? It's gonna be lame if they don't reprint it.
Might as well put this here. Tarantino, Ridley Scott, Danny Boyle, Inarritu and others talk about film for an hour. Video in the link.

I thought speed running just meant completing games as fast as possible. I wasn't looking for a phd thesis on the subject or philosophical discussions over the true meaning of difficulty. I assumed people who were into speed runs would talk about the hardest games to speed run, like people into...
Yeah, I get that. That'd fall under technical difficulty. Like one frame links that are not glitches can be hard and glitches can be hard to pull off. Other dude seemed to be saying the hardest speed run could be based on how much time it took people to figure out the glitches. I'd be...
I'd think the hardest games would likely have some combination of the first two. I didn't mean the last one. From the few games I've watched now it seemed like most had weird glitches I assume people had to spend a lot of time figuring out. In my mind that's something that takes place outside...
Yeah, there was some other trick too where they had to quit out on the second player at a certain time to save five seconds or so. It cut off parts of the win animations. I'm not sure if that was to make it faster than single player, or just a way to cut time when using two player.
They weren't counting on the blizzard. If there wasn't a blizzard they may still have stopped and if not they could go after them as they went by. Jesus.
Don't worry, Donald Trump will make Tarantino great again. In the mean time I guess you'll just have to fuck off to watch wrestling or The Fast and the Furious or whatever.
What leaked in March?
If there defense is yea we saw leaks but we never spread them beyond our group of connected judges and friends then I don't think that's much defense at all.
