I am finding myself JUST shy of being able to master U++ Angel of Death. I think this is one that without native wall or shout I'll just be unable to do. Le sigh.

I finally beat fucking Lurking menace, but lost 4 medals so no master. I am going to take it. That fight literally came down to 1 turn, with agrias being the only one left alive and being 1 shot away from dead. Fucking awful for me, for whatever reason. I really need better hones...

I have resigned that I cannot beat the lurking menace ultima+ fight. I have probably done 30 tries, and just got him to about 30k HP before he gibbed my party. Ultimately it's not worth this much fucking struggle. I think this one will be chalked to not enough hones, and no native shout or wall.

Finally mastered the demon wall. Honestly was surprised, I had a hard time with that due to not enough single target SB's.

Agreed on the Hojo fight, pharmakos. Took me forever. Eventually using backrow tyro on tauntaliate was what helped master it. As for the 35% party atk boost, yeah that is huge if you don't have native shout. I crutch pretty hard on tifa's burning arrow for my physical party.

I got the blazefire rush lightning saber from the lucky draw. Also, I finally medaled on Hojo. Tyro in the back row with tauntaliate and a 7* four pointed shurikens was a great help.

My min/maxing has its limits. I got bored!

Wow, and I was wrong; just mastered my first ultimate. Once I had cleansing strike, magic break, shellga, and divine guardian the damage barely outpaced my regen.

Nice, I was able to master the 120 difficulty Hidon/Erebuses fight. It seemed on par with the Weirgaf fight from the FFT event, so I consider that progress. Not sure I'll have the same luck with the ultimate...
